Information Technology Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced IT Project Managers to lead and deliver technology initiatives within a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment.

We are hiring multiple Project Managers to support different technology initiatives including hotel systems, digital platforms, and POS solutions. These roles will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with operational goals.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing cross functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and driving projects from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Delivery

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and post deployment support
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics together with business and technology stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget

Stakeholder and Communication Management

• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and progress reviews
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans
• Track project progress and address potential delays or blockers
• Maintain proper project documentation including risk registers, issue logs, and project updates

Vendor and Solution Coordination

• Work with system vendors, implementation partners, and internal technical teams during project execution
• Manage vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities

Implementation and Change Management

• Oversee system rollout, enhancements, and upgrade initiatives
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for deployment
• Support change management activities to facilitate smooth system adoption

Project Areas

Successful candidates may be assigned to projects across one or more of the following areas:

• Hotel Systems (Property Management Systems, reservations platforms, guest services technology)
• Digital Platforms (mobile applications, digital guest experiences, system integrations)
• POS Systems (retail and food & beverage transaction systems)

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management or technology project delivery
• Experience managing system implementation or technology upgrade projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and external vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, gaming, or integrated resort environments
• Exposure to hotel management systems, POS platforms, or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with system implementation and enterprise technology platforms
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is advantageous
