This role offers the opportunity to build and deliver high-performance, real-time casino and WebGL-based gaming experiences within a fast-paced, innovation-driven iGaming environment. You will contribute to the development of immersive gameplay systems using a TypeScript and Three.js-based in-house framework, helping bring creative game concepts to life across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with designers, artists, and product teams, you will translate ideas into scalable and engaging game features. The position blends creative problem-solving with deep technical execution, focusing on performance, reliability, and player experience. You will also work on live production systems operating in a 24/7 environment, ensuring stability and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on engineering role where innovation, collaboration, and experimentation are strongly encouraged.

Accountabilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain live casino and WebGL-based games in a scalable, production-grade environment
• Design and implement gameplay systems, mechanics, and interactive features using Unity and/or a TypeScript Three.js framework
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to translate creative concepts into functional in-game experiences
• Optimize game performance across web and mobile platforms to ensure smooth and responsive gameplay
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live production environments
• Build prototypes to test new gameplay mechanics, tools, and interactive features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
• Participate in ongoing improvements to game architecture, tooling, and development workflows
• Ensure reliability and stability of games operating in a 24/7 live service environment
• Stay up to date with Unity, WebGL, and game development best practices to continuously improve output
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience through work, education, or personal projects
• At least 1 year of experience working with Unity development (professional, internship, academic, or independent projects)
• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with game development for web and/or mobile platforms, with a focus on performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
• Understanding of real-time interactive systems and gameplay mechanics
• Ability to debug complex technical issues in production or development environments
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams (design, art, product, engineering)
• Passion for game development and building engaging player experiences
• Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or TypeScript-based game frameworks is a plus
