This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Muscat. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, identify sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and to contribute to driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify business opportunities and recommend suitable solutions
- Effective Team Management and collaboration capabilities
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct Training and guide clients on service offerings
- Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management is a plus
