Responsibilities:

• Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes
• Identify project needs by working closely with stakeholders
• Create clear project and task requirements
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Manage cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA)
• Improve PM processes across ongoing projects
• Balance scope, timeline, and resources to deliver optimal solutions
• Resolve issues and conflicts effectively
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations
• Onboard and train new team members

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product ownership experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development (Web & Mobile projects)
• Strong business-oriented mindset aligned with product management
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP)
• Experience building and improving project workflows
• Strong skills in estimation and prioritization under tight deadlines
• Good understanding of Web and Mobile technologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to communicate with clients in PST/EST time zones
