Project Manager (for the analytics teams DWH, BI, etc.)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager who will drive project delivery, lead cross-functional teams (DWH, BI, etc.,), and ensure business goals are achieved effectively. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage team workload and ensure efficient resource allocation

• Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices
• Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Lead Project Manager
• Experience in team leadership and team development
• Strong background in project planning and estimations
• Experience working closely with stakeholders and customers
• Knowledge of issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp)
• Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion)
• Understanding of source control system capabilities (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Common understanding of software application architecture
