Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate PHP Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in PHP development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MySQL databases, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Additionally, experience with PHP frameworks and Vtiger CRM will be considered an advantage.

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality and efficient code. You will have the opportunity to work on both back-end and front-end development, providing you with a well-rounded experience in web application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices and OOP principles.
  • Work with MySQL databases, writing optimized queries and managing schema design.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for improved functionality and performance.
  • Implement and manage various PHP frameworks, ensuring the best possible integration for the application.
  • Participate in project planning and provide insights into technical implementation and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP features, updates, and web development trends to continuously improve development practices.
  • Work with version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in MySQL database design, querying, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery for seamless integration with back-end logic.
  • Experience with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) for building robust applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into PHP applications.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
