Job Purpose:

This role requires strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure components that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.The SME ensures that platform’s initiatives, programs, and solutions are aligned with the evolving needs of the increased cybersecurity needs and development lifecycle, enhancing the organization’s abilityto bring diagnostic answers for patients.

Key Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform(preferred) and at least one of AWS or Azure
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Terraform, Shell scripting, Python for Infrastructure Automation
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• DevOps Tools:Azure DevOps and GitHub Actionsare Mandatory.
• Operating Systems: Windowsand Linux Administration
• Networking &Identity: VPC, DNS, Load Balancer, IAM, SSO, OAuth, Certificates Management
• Security & Compliance: Firewalls, WAF, SAST/DAST tools, CSPM, encryption, HIPAA, GDPR
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• FinOps
• Agile & Collaboration: ADO, Jira, Confluence, Scrum practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver infrastructure components across cloud-native workstreams (e.g., digitalproducts, data lakes, automation)
• Implement infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with lead engineers, architects, and vendor teams to ensure secure,scalable environments
• Participate in code reviews and enforce infrastructure quality standards
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost
• Stay current with cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices
• Support compliance with healthcare regulations and data governance requirements
• Contribute to agile sprintsand product planningactivities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-onexperience with GCP (preferred) and either AWS or Azure
• Proven experience in building and managing cloud-native data pipelines
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
