Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the Head of Marketing at Eros Innovation. The Head of Marketing will oversee marketing strategy, lead brand development efforts, and coordinate market research to identify trends and opportunities. They will manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners, direct marketing campaigns, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve the company’s business objectives. This position requires the ability to liaise with global teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity, while also driving innovative marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and reach.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing go-to-market strategies for global audiences
  • Be responsible for building the brand, driving customer acquisition, and scaling growth across digital and offline channels
  • Experience in Market Research, analyzing consumer behavior, and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and driving revenue growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Skills in Public Relations, maintaining key media relationships, and crafting impactful communication campaigns
  • Proven track record of leadership, managing diverse teams, and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the media, entertainment, or technology industries is highly preferred
