What You’ll Do

• Own Bitget Brazil's commercial performance end-to-end — user acquisition, trading volume, revenue, and VIP growth — with full accountability for market outcomes.
• Lead and support the local team across BD, marketing, VIP, and operations, setting market direction and holding the team to clear execution standards.
• Shape the company's positioning in Brazil, especially around UEX (crypto, MT5, stocks, RWA), Bitget's evolving product strategy, and local market demands.
• Define and execute Brazil's market strategy, including channel mix, partnership priorities, and go-to-market approach, in alignment with regional and global leadership.
• Represent Bitget in Brazil at industry events, in media, and in formal dealings with regulators and government bodies
• Oversee the full user funnel from acquisition to retention, using data to drive conversion, engagement, and lifetime value improvements.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory developments in Brazil, translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations for regional leadership.
• Ensure all commercial activities align with local regulatory requirements, and support the buildout of Bitget's local legal entity as the business scales.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• 6+ years of experience in a senior commercial or market leadership role within crypto, fintech, brokerage, or financial services — with at least 2 years directly managing a team.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and revenue in the Brazilian market.
• Experience engaging with regulators or government bodies in a formal capacity; acting as a public-facing representative of a licensed or licensing-stage entity.
• Strong existing network across Brazil's crypto and/or TradFi ecosystem — brokers, HNWI, KOLs, institutional players, and communities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy, lean resources, and a degree of ambiguity.
