Software Engineer (100%)
.NET/Rust & Low Latency
Who you are
Full stack, hay stack, whatever stack. You code, so you fear no stack. You see coding as a creative art and
a passion. You know it requires discipline, thought, moments of joy and pain, but in the end, it results in
something beautiful. Whether it’s a simple integration or a distributed farm of AI-bots, all code is equally
important to you, and working on all sorts of code is equally enjoyable.
You have a strong foundation in the .NET ecosystem and are fluent in C#. But you’re more than just a C#
developer - you’re drawn to what lies beneath the surface. Low-level memory management, unsafe code,
low latency performance - these things don’t scare you; they excite you. And if that curiosity has led you to
Rust, even better. Whether you’ve gone deep into the metal with .NET, written Rust, or both, we’ll provide
the opportunity to sharpen those skills further, and if you’re already fluent, we’ll encourage you to teach and share that knowledge with others.
Your experience level? You're somewhere in the middle - past the starting line, not yet at the finish. You have real skills and a solid foundation, but there's still plenty of road ahead.
Why we are looking for you
We’ve got quite a bit of work ahead of us, quite a lot, actually. So, the answer is simple: we need your help.
Your core skills are rooted in the .NET world, but your appetite for going low-level - squeezing performance, working close to the hardware, picking up Rust where it makes sense - makes you stand out. If you already operate at that level, in .NET, in Rust, or both, you’re the one we’re looking for. We’re committed to helping you go as deep as you want to go.
What we have to offer
We offer you the chance to be part of an expert team of IT people. We’ll give you moments to go deep - into low-level .NET, into Rust, into whatever is closest to the metal - moments to teach what you know, and
moments to laugh, grow, and tackle real challenges. We offer you our ears but also expect you to use your
voice (remember the passion?). We’re not perfect, but who is? Above all, we offer an authentic, engaging
environment to work in, with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills, especially in low-latency and Rust development and in the domain of financial derivatives.
When should you apply
If you are ready for a new challenge, of course, but also ready to commit. Really, do not come job-hopping,
we also do not want to employee-hop. Although we allow everybody to work from home flexibly, this is not a remote position, so you should like coming to the office (which is very well equipped and a nice place to be).
