UI Designer - Contract Role (Melbourne) - Baseline Clearance Required

• Contract until Jan 2027 (extensions likely)
• Hybrid: 3 days CBD office / 2 days WFH

About the Role
We're looking for a UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into clean, effective designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Translate user and business needs into simple design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Maintain design systems and UI components
• Collaborate with product, BA, and dev teams
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards

Skills & Experience

• Strong UI/UX portfolio
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of usability and accessibility
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
