Job Role: Scrum Master
Job Type: Contract
Location: Melbourne
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks
- Exposure in managing Digital and Salesforce squads
- Extensive experience leading Agile teams in Financial service industry
- Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
- Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
- Certified Scrum Master: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or III is preferred
