Project Manager

CGC Recruitment are working with an existing client who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager to work on high-end residential new builds and renovations up to $20m across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Our client is a multi-award-winning luxury residential builder, established in 2015, with a reputation for delivering architecturally designed homes of exceptional quality. They specialise in bespoke residences and complex builds, working closely with leading architects and consultants to deliver seamless projects from concept through to completion.

With a strong pipeline of work and a hands-on leadership team, they are known for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering premium finishes that stand the test of time.

With a busy year ahead and two new projects in early stages, they are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of a $10m project on the Lower North Shore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage $10M+ architectural residential projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and manage detailed construction programmes
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and contract administration
• Drive quality assurance and high-end finishes to exacting standards
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion
• Utilise Procore for project management, documentation control, budgeting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and NSW building standards

About You

• Proven experience managing high-end architectural projects ($10M+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of complex construction methodologies and premium finishes
• Demonstrated experience using Procore
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
