Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients to support AI development initiatives by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI-generated software code. In this role, you will analyze code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, and provide structured feedback to help enhance AI system performance. This is a flexible, remote opportunity well-suited for software engineers seeking project-based, asynchronous work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responses
• Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as required
• Contribute to multiple projects based on skills, experience, and availability
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Spanish proficiency required for job-related tasks; English proficiency preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form

Compensation

• Hourly compensation ranges from USD $15–$32, depending on experience and task complexity
• Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms (e.g., PayPal or AirTM)
• Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes
• Full compensation details are provided prior to task acceptance

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous
• Flexible workload depending on project availability
• Independent contractor engagement
