Job Title: IT & Security Coordinator

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Job Type: Contract

TARCG is currently seeking an IT and Security Coordinator to work with our client based in Tallinn, Estonia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as an administrator, lead the daily management and configuration of our client’s digital infrastructure
• Build an issue IT equipment for staff. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues using own knowledge or seek appropriate sources for guidance
• Provide an initial triage of reported issues and incidents using the relevant tools. Able to review incidents and close or escalate as required.
• Liaise closely with our client’s security function regarding all IT security-related matters
• Review and improve, where needed, IT service management processes
• Liaise with external stakeholders on IT services
• Manage all physical IT devices
• Perform any other related duties as may be required

Requirements:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, OR a secondary education qualification with 4 years of post-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support function
• Knowledge of IT device management and security tooling
• Excellent administrator knowledge of the full MS Office suite, as well as collaboration platforms and automation tools
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing first-line cyber incident responses
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and fixing user device issues
• Very good oral and written communication skills, in particular the ability to produce clear and concise end-user documentation, operational procedures and user guides
