Software Project Manager

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our team in Tampere. In this role, you will lead the next wave of our digital expansion, turning complex technical challenges into seamless user experiences that empower thousands of workplaces worldwide.

• Leading with Context: Guiding a team of six skilled engineers, mentoring them through technical challenges and digital product development.
• Delivering Quality: Taking ownership of high-priority software projects and ensuring we ship robust, high-quality solutions.
• Modernizing How We Work: Helping us transition toward AI-assisted development to keep our innovation fast and lean.
• Building the Crew: Playing a key role in recruiting and onboarding the next generation of Framerians.
• Connecting the Dots: Supporting our sales and marketing teams from a technical perspective, ensuring our smart solutions truly solve our customers' problems.

Practicalities:

• This is a full-time, permanent role based at "The Factory" in Tampere, Finland.
• We operate on a flexible hybrid model; however, due to the nature of this role, we expect a weekly presence at our Tampere HQ.
• We’re ready to move forward once we find the right fit, and we’re flexible in finding a start date that works ideally for both of us.
