What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be part of projects developing embedded systems that power:
- Mobile work machines and industrial equipment
- Intelligent sensors and controllers
- Distributed, connected systems
- GUI & middleware: Linux-based systems with C++, Qt and QML
- System-level development: communication, integrations and system logic
- Embedded / low-level: C/C++ on embedded Linux, RTOS or bare metal
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything already. What matters most is a solid foundation and the motivation to learn.
We Hope You Have
- Experience in embedded software development (for example through work or projects)
- Working knowledge of C and/or C++
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Interest in hardware-near development and embedded systems
We Especially Value People Who
- Take initiative and want to develop their skills
- Enjoy solving practical, real-world problems
- Like working in a team and sharing knowledge
Why join us
- Grow your expertise You’ll work alongside experienced embedded developers and have opportunities to deepen your skills and expand your responsibilities over time.

- Longer-term projects Our projects typically last 1–3 years, giving you time to learn, contribute and see the bigger picture.
- Flexible working model Work remotely, from our office or at customer sites depending on the project. Some projects include occasional in-person collaboration, which works best when travel is smooth.
- Low hierarchy, high trust You’ll have ownership of your work, with support when you need it.
Salary is based on your experience and skills, typically within the range of €4000–6000/month.
