ABOUT REKBOT

Rekbot is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps recruiters and BDR sales teams train smarter through realistic simulations, real-time call analysis, performance scoring and sales enablement. We’re a small, ambitious team building something that genuinely changes how sales professionals develop their skills. Every line of code ships.

THE ROLE

You’ll work across the full stack backend APIs, web dashboards, and a React Native mobile app and own your tasks from first commit to production. We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do next. We want someone who picks up a task, figures it out, ships it, and flags blockers early.

You’ll work alongside AI tooling (including Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow not as a novelty, but as a multiplier.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Build and extend FastAPI backend services REST endpoints, async jobs, MongoDB data models, and webhook handlers
• Develop React JS web interfaces trainer dashboards, leaderboards, analytics views, and admin tooling
• Build and maintain the Rekbot mobile app in React Native screens, navigation, and device integrations
• Integrate with third-party services Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar, and AI APIs and handle the edge cases nobody else documents
• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development as everyday tools to move faster and write cleaner code

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• FastAPI / Python async routes, Pydantic models, Motor/MongoDB
• React JS hooks, state management, component design
• React Native mobile UI, navigation, device APIs
• MongoDB schema design, aggregations, indexing basics
• Good programming mental model clean code, separation of concerns, debugs from first principles
• Startup ownership mindset picks up ambiguous tasks, ships, iterates fast

Nice to Have

• Experience with Stripe billing or subscription systems
• Familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, Twilio) or voice/audio pipelines
• Any exposure to LLM API integration or prompt engineering
• Deployed anything to Railway, AWS, or Azure even a side project counts
