Job Description

Coordinate the team using an Agile Methodology of choice (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
Facilitation: Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies effectively (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Conflict Resolution: Skilled in mediating disputes and fostering collaboration.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in aligning team outputs with business goals.

Qualifications

Coaching: Expertise in mentoring teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and removing impediments.
Time Management: Ensures efficient use of time during sprints and ceremonies.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira & Confluence.

Working policy: Can be fully remote but ability to travel in Belgium on-site ideally at least 1x per month (more frequent travel potentially necessary in Jan/Feb to kickstart)
