We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
This role requires:
· Provision all wire line telecom Service Requests (network, local voice and IXC voice), including installation, moves, adds, changes and disconnects
· Provisioning activities initiated through the Remedy Service Request database
· Complete Service Request activity according to established deliverables and timeframes, tracking to commitment levels from Vendor and Customer expectations
· Facilitate and coordinate with Telco and customer resources to complete provisioning of services
· Ensure updates and communication on Service Request activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner in both verbal and written format, participating in status meetings and calls where applicable.
· Provide feedback for improvements and enhancements to ensure that processes are functional and efficient
· Ensure that all services being installed, changed or disconnected are appropriately associated to the Vendor contracts that are in place.
· Assist in performing audit checks and reporting on services under contract and reconciling where appropriate
· Perform reviews of data maintained within various tables to ensure that we have the highest integrity of data
· Develop a Customer Focused culture and approach with internal Team members as well as outbound customer contacts. Seek out additional training and development skill sets to support this effort
· Take a proactive role in championing the delivery and completion of any additional orders that may be received
· Utilize additional tool sets to work, obtain status, and move orders through to implementation
· Ensure that up to date information is available at all times as to the progress of orders that are assigned to individual work queue
· Seek out opportunities to identify gaps and improvements in overall service delivery related to root causes of issues that may arise
· Provide third level escalation for outages VSSI-managed services, Customer Field Services or billing issues and assist in resolving any issue as needed
· Act as Liaison for Customer Field Services, NCC, Engineering and Bill Payment Group
· Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements requested by customer
· Backup bill paying processes, including bill reconciliation, payment and budgeting
Qualifications:
• Customer service oriented with exceptional presentation skills supported by impeccable written and oral communications with little or no revision required by management
• Proficient in using technology to enhance cost data and information management to include MS Excel, Database applications and MS Project
• Skilled at working with multiple Carrier service delivery teams to assure compliance with contract and client’s requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business operations environment for complex outsourcing contracts
• Thorough knowledge of Telecommunications industry and products
• PMP certification and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. ISO 9001 trained is a plus
Functional Accountability:
Provides technical and/or analytical support to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems. Periodically makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; works with limited supervision; typically reports to Supervisor (Band 7) or Manager (Band 6)
Individual Contributor Role:
Applies some advanced technical or analytical skills to the position or specialization. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. May assist in the preparation of detailed costs analysis and justification for technical application changes.
Decision Making Authority:
Receives supervision and occasional guidance on achieving objectives relative to a specific program task, project or initiative. At times, may work independently with limited supervision.
Work Complexity:
Provides project or technical support in the development, analysis and maintenance of systems, software, processes, products or equipment. Assignments may involve more difficult issues; therefore uses experience, expertise and skills to solve problems that are more difficult but infrequent.
Knowledge and Skills:
Requires a range of skills within a technical or professional discipline including familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies to work on generally complex operational or technical activities and an applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.

What we offer:
- 25 holiday days per year
- Hybrid and full remote contracts will receive 150 RON/month for home gas/electricity/broadband bills

- The employees working on bank holidays will be benefitting either of a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.
