Muish Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Lead Game Developer to join our ambitious blockchain gaming project, "Muish Oddity: Mutant Monkfish." As the first core team member, you will play a significant role in shaping the foundation, technology, and gameplay vision of our underwater cyberpunk metaverse.

Compensation Details:

1. Tokens (Future Incentive)

Allocation: You will receive 10 million $MUISH tokens, which will vest over 24 months.

Vesting Schedule:

6-Month Cliff: No tokens vest during the first 6 months.

After 6 Months: 20% of the tokens (2 million $MUISH tokens) will be unlocked.

Months 7-24: The remaining 80% will vest monthly over the next 18 months (444,444 tokens per month).

Estimated Value: At the time of launch, the tokens are estimated at $0.05 per token, with a total estimated value of $500,000.

2. Equity (Co-Founder Status)

Total Equity Share: You will receive 35% of the company’s equity, making you a co-founder.

Vesting Schedule:

1-Year Cliff: No equity vests during the first year.

After 1 Year: 50% of the equity (17.5%) will vest.

After 2 Years: The remaining 50% (17.5%) will vest at the end of the second year.

Note: The equity vesting is contingent upon active participation in the project throughout the vesting period.

3. Future Cash Payments (Post-Token Sale)

Cash Payment: Upon the success of the token sale and reaching $5 million in funding, you will receive a $30,000 cash payout as a reward for your contribution during the development phase.

Cash payments and salaries are contingent on reaching specific funding milestones. If funding goals are not fully met, compensation may be adjusted accordingly. This will not affect token and equity received.

4. Ongoing Salary

Monthly Salary: Once funding from token sales generates stable revenue and reaches $5 million, you will transition to a monthly salary of $6,000.

Milestone Bonuses: Additional bonuses may be available upon the completion of key project milestones and exceptional contributions.

What You’ll Do

Develop a Functional Gameplay Prototype: Showcase the core mechanics and interactions that define "Muish Oddity."

Collaborate on Investor Demos: Build a visually compelling demo for investors and future team members.

Blockchain Integration: Integrate blockchain features, including NFTs, smart contracts, and in-game asset ownership.

Establish the Tech Stack: Help establish the technical foundation that will drive the entire project.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in game development, ideally using Unity or Unreal Engine.

Previous project completion (personal, game jam, or professional) with strong coding capabilities.

Interest in Blockchain: Familiarity with blockchain/NFTs is a plus but not required—interest in learning and experimenting with blockchain features is highly valued.

Self-Driven & Collaborative: Ability to work independently while being open to collaboration as the team expands.

Passion for Games & New Technologies: A love for gaming and the desire to be part of an innovative blockchain project.
