Are you looking for a role to lead from the front in a high-performance trading environment?

Our client, a global FinTech leader in electronic trading technology is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the support, development, and operational performance of critical trading systems.

This is a key role for someone who can combine technical leadership, production ownership, and strong engineering capability in C++ and Golang.

You’ll work closely with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to:

1. build and enhance trading system components
2. lead production support and incident resolution
3. improve monitoring, alerting, and system uptime
4. manage releases from testing through deployment
5. mentor and develop a high-performing team

We’re looking for someone with:

1. deep experience in electronic trading systems / infrastructure and working in a regulated environment.
2. strong C++ and Golang skills
3. proven experience leading teams in a hands-on role
4. excellent debugging and production support capability
5. exposure to FIX and/or FX highly desirable
