Frontend Engineer (with a designer’s eye)

We make the tech that keeps hospitality running. Schedules, shifts, tasks, procurement — the stuff behind every great restaurant and hotel. We are rebuilding these tools with design, speed, and clarity in mind.

What you will do

• Build beautiful, fast interfaces across Next.js (web) and React Native (mobile).
• Design and ship marketing pages and campaigns that stand out.
• Turn rough ideas into Figma mockups and take them all the way to pixel-perfect UI.
• Work on the heavy parts too: scheduling calendars, dashboards, onboarding flows, drag and drop features.
• Set the visual language and style for the entire product. Components, motion, type, color, voice — it is yours.

• You care about design, not just code, and can explain your choices.
• You open Figma and make something great, not just follow someone else’s plan.
• You have experience shipping real products in React. React Native curiosity counts too.
• You notice the small details — hover states, easing curves, the two pixels that are off.
• You like to move fast, ship, and improve through real feedback.
• You can talk clearly about your thinking without long presentations.

Bonus points

• Portfolio, side projects, or Dribbble work we can check out.
• Experience building design systems or landing pages that performed well.
• A feel for motion using Framer Motion, Reanimated, After Effects or similar.

One honest thing

This codebase is not perfect yet. Tests are thin and there are corners to clean up. We are building toward quality, not inheriting it. If you want to create and iterate instead of maintain, you will fit right in.

Salary

€2,000 to €3,000 net per month, depending on experience and fit. We are looking for someone local and open to working from the office, so this is a role for a builder who wants real ownership, not just a task list.
