Full-Stack .NET Developer

Are you passionate about building smart tools that make a real difference? We’re looking for a full-stack .NET Developer to join our team and develop applications used by Telia's internal departments – support, sales, and other customer-facing functions. These tools help our agents tame ticket storms, streamline workflows, and deliver top-notch service. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values curiosity, autonomy, and shared success.

What you’ll do:

You’ll develop and maintain applications from front-end to back-end and everything in between. Your code will have an immediate, visible impact on how we support our customers.

• Building applications within the .NET ecosystem
• Work with a variety of front-end technologies and frameworks (React and Blazor, to name some examples)
• Run your code in production – CI/CD, observability, performance tuning, logs, alerts
• Integrate with domain APIs, ticketing systems, and other services
• Work closely with support and sales agents to understand pain points and translate them into elegant solutions

What will help you thrive in this role:

You're a full-stack developer who's comfortable with the whole process of building and running an app. Whether it's developing a feature, fixing a weird looking UI element, making sure that the application is stable, communicating with other teams or just hunting down a pesky bug.

• A few years of experience in .NET development and running services in production
• Comfortable working in Azure or AWS (we care more about principles than platform)
• Familiar with DevOps, automated testing, and secure coding
• Strong drive to learn and genuine excitement about user feedback

Monthly salary range for this position – from 3600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
