We are expanding our IT development competence center and looking for a talented Full-stack Senior/Mid .NET Developer. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will develop and enhance Teltonika's internal platform for process automation, client service, and system integration across Teltonika's companies. In This Role, You Will:

• Develop and enhance Teltonika's internal platform, focusing on process digitization, automation, and seamless interaction with internal systems.

• Design and implement a modular microservices architecture for process automation, system integration, and AI/LLM service connectivity.
• Ensure system security, efficient data flow management, and stability of bot operations in production environments.
• Develop new internal systems and services.
• Automate, systematize, and integrate processes within internal environments.
• Maintain and refactor the existing codebase. 
• Identify and resolve system errors and improve system functionality. 
• Collaborate with other structural units, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex solutions.
• Work independently and within a team, ensuring high-quality, validated, maintainable code.
• Support team members in achieving shared goals.

What We Expect of You:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET C# development. 
• Working experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular). TypeScript experience is a plus.
• Strong experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and data access patterns.
• Ability to work effectively with JetBrains Rider or similar IDEs in Git environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous communication patterns.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Experience with process automation, system integration, and project-based development. 
• Knowledge of security and document validation principles, including access control, logs, and data pipeline management. 
• Understanding of modular architecture - microservices, message queues, and event-driven patterns. 
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or willingness to learn.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skillset and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 30 EUR/h to 35 EUR/h (~4960- 5800 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and competence.
