Great User Experience

As a Product Owner for the End of Customer Engagement squad you will be part of a team highly dedicated to act as advocates for a great customer experience across all customer lifecycle processes. Specifically, you will enable critical lifecycle events such as moving abroad, estate handling and offboarding through easy, fast and seamless tools and processes.

Together with your squad you will be responsible for driving the organisational implementation of our advisor facing tools, while ensuring that our solutions service both end-users and customers’ needs, thus supporting Danske Bank’s ambitious digitalization agenda.

You will have a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing the backlog, setting priorities, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional outcomes that exceed user and customer expectations.

In this role you will:

• Stay updated on strategic priorities and safeguard the squad’s mission and vision
• Create, maintain and prioritize the backlog for deliveries
• Protect and support your team by removing impediments and coordinating with stakeholders in other squads and support functions
• Be accountable for compliance and risk management, ensuring proactive collaboration with specialist functions
• Employ a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and product development, with a commercial mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the bank

• Knowledge of daily banking operations will be considered a plus, but not a requirement
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
