UI/UX Designer

Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

Project

You will join an international team focused on developing and maintaining a high-quality Digital Design System used across medical products and service applications.

Work

In this role, you will translate product requirements, user needs, and initial UX concepts into scalable design system components and high-quality UI/UX solutions for various digital services.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, continuous improvement and scaling up of the Digital Design System
• Create, refine, and document reusable components, patterns, and guidelines
• Support and guide product teams in adopting and effectively using the design system, provide guidelines and documentation
• Ensure high-quality UI implementation through regular design reviews and collaboration with developers
• Apply design library to small scale UI tasks
• Evolve the design system based on user feedback, product needs, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and branding

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably on large-scale or complex products
• Strong expertise in Figma (required)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and strong attention to visual quality
• Experience designing for web, desktop and mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an advantage
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as W3C is a plus
• Up-to-date with current UI trends, tools, and technologies
• Experience in icon design or creating contextual icon sets is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Being proactive and having ability to work without supervision
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
