Role Description

This is a contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Zurich, Switzerland. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining computer hardware on-site.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
• Printer Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Experience with Windows and Office deployment services
• Relevant certifications in IT support
• Knowledge of structured cabling installations
