Why Coda
Coda is a global growth engine for commerce, connecting people, digital products, and payments through trusted monetization and distribution solutions.
With 600+ people from 57 nationalities across 23 locations, we’re a truly global team headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Amsterdam, Dubai, Bristol, Shanghai, Eindhoven, and across Southeast Asia.
We power global commerce through a dual model. Our B2B solutions, Codapay, Coda Webstore, Coda Links, Coda Distribution, and Giftcloud, enable publishers and brands to monetize and distribute digital content globally. On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com, Startselect.com, and mobiletopup.co.uk, that give customers secure and easy access to game top-ups, digital credits, vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products in over 70 markets.
Our culture is built on respect, ownership, and collaboration. We move fast, support each other, and celebrate wins together.
If you’re looking to grow your career and make a real impact in a global team, Coda is the place for you.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Graphic Designer to join our Content Team, someone who uses AI not just as a shortcut, but as a creative superpower. You will craft digital marketing campaigns and retention materials for Recharge and our broader suite of storefronts, while actively building and sharing AI-augmented workflows that elevate the entire creative team.
This is not a “uses AI occasionally” role. We want someone who has already integrated generative AI tools into their daily design practice and is curious about what comes next.
What you'll do
- Design digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and storefront assets using AI-assisted workflows, from initial concept to polished deliverable
- Produce visually appealing work that aligns with company objectives and enhances our brand across multiple platforms
- Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Weavy, Stable Diffusion or similar) to explore creative directions faster, then refine them with your graphic design eye
- Build and document reusable AI-assisted templates and prompt libraries that help the wider team produce consistent, on-brand assets at scale
- Contribute to global asset libraries and ensure systematic, scalable design across platforms
- Partner with CRM and Paid teams to produce assets and support the visual strategy behind those channels
- Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute creative projects end-to-end
- Stay on top of new AI design tools and models, evaluate them, experiment, and bring your findings back to the team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, receive feedback from peers and senior members, and iterate quickly
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and creative range
Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI in your design process, you can walk us through how you use it, show examples, and talk about what works and what doesn’t - Proficiency with generative AI tools for visual design (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Weavy, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar) used regularly, not just experimentally
- Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with Google Workspace
- Ability to take ownership of a brief, present work to non-creatives, and incorporate feedback constructively
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and able to get things done in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is a bonus, especially if AI tools are part of that workflow
- Experience prompt-engineering for image generation models and iterating on outputs systematically
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools within Figma (e.g. Magician, Relume, or similar plugins)
- Experience creating or contributing to AI-assisted design systems or component libraries
- Active interest in the AI/design community, you follow the discourse, experiment on your own time, and share what you learn
