Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Fashion Clinic's Marketing team in Lisbon — someone passionate about design and art direction, with a strong visual culture and a refined aesthetic sensibility.

You will work across the worlds of fashion, décor, and luxury, contributing to brands such as Fashion Clinic, JNcQUOI, Paula, and House of Capricorn, where every detail reflects a high standard of excellence.

Who You Are:

• Dynamic, proactive, and curious, with a strong learning mindset;
• A solid portfolio in graphic design, particularly in digital communication, editorial, and branding;
• Strong visual culture and conceptual thinking;
• Ability to respond to creative briefs, adding consistent value and adapting your approach to objectives and constraints;
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate, timely, and on-brand delivery;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva;
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of motion design (After Effects or similar);
• Familiarity with AI tools for image and video generation.
  

What You Will Do:

• Develop visually compelling and consistent content across all brand touchpoints including social media, websites, newsletters, digital campaigns, presentations brochures, invitations, event materials, packaging, and motion graphics;
• Contribute with ideas for formats, layouts, and content planning;
• Stay up to date with design and social media trends, ensuring creative, impactful, and distinctive outputs;
• Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
