Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Talent & Onboarding Trainee to join our People Team.

Please note that this is an IEFP Professional Internship. You must be eligible to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for supporting the development of various activities directly related with the Recruitment and Selection area: surveying recruitment needs with Hiring Managers, creating advertisements, screening resumes, searching for candidates, conducting interviews and writing the respective reports.
• On another front you will also induct new hires through onboarding workflows you will help redesign in order to improve the speed and quality of work and provide internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, providing assistance throughout the whole onboarding experience.
• There is a lot to do on our People department so you will also have the opportunity to try out different HR fields and work collaboratively with HR representatives across the EMEA region.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management or another relevant field;
• Great English proficiency, both spoken and written;
• Willing to learn in a fast paced environment;
• Able to adapt to a growing and changing business;
• Curious and keen to actively contribute to a great employee experience;
• Organized and detail oriented;
