Operating at the intersection of software engineering, IT operations, and architecture, they are driving a major digital transformation programme focused on scalability, security, and long-term platform excellence.

This role is ideal for a Senior DevOps Engineer who enjoys working on complex systems with real-world impact and wants to influence technical direction in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

🚀 About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Ensure the stable, secure, and highly available operation of complex application environments
• Design and implement modern deployment and release strategies using GitOps principles
• Build, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate closely with software engineers on system architecture and platform integration
• Develop and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Strengthen observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across environments

➕ Nice to Have:

• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes platforms in production
• Expertise with Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD
• Experience building and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Spring Boot
• Experience working within large-scale or complex programme environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
