We are currently looking for someone that is passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our customers. We want a person that will go above and beyond to assist our customers with their enquiries whilst maintaining a positive attitude. We are looking for our next Customer Service superstar to join our team in This City. We offer basic training for all our new members, however as prerequisites we ask from you:

Criteria:

• Utilise strong communication skills to solve any problems that may arise


• Actively pursue new opportunities for the company


• A can-do attitude


• Always keep smiling!

Desired qualifications and experience:

• We preferably see that you have at least Bachelor Degree in Customer Service Management, but a Diploma is acceptable


• Proven records of successful client management


• 3+ years of experience in the customer service industry
