UX Designer

About The Role

As a UX Designer at Qred, you will take end-to-end ownership of the user journey, focusing heavily on the acquisition funnel for our digital products. This mission requires bridging the gap between technical execution and business impact, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to active customer across both web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and journey analysis, to uncover friction points and deeply understand user needs.
• Be comfortable planning, running, and synthesizing user tests to validate ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve the experience.
• Create lo-fi wireframes, user flows, and early concepts to explore solutions quickly and shape product direction before moving into high-fidelity design.
• Design high-fidelity UI components and intuitive flows that balance aesthetic precision with functional clarity.
• Drive the continuous discovery process to validate product hypotheses before they reach the development phase.
• Contribute actively to our shared design system to ensure a unified visual language across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex financial requirements into accessible user experiences.
  
  
  

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a designer with a research-first mindset and a structured approach to scaling digital products. You should be motivated by the challenge of optimizing conversion paths and have the ability to drive alignment between user needs and strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience as a UX Designer, with a balanced portfolio covering both UI and UX disciplines.
• Strong background in UX research, including conducting interviews and analyzing user behavior to inform design.
• Practical experience working with design systems and proficiency in Figma.
• Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, or similar regulated environments is a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another Northern European market language is a plus.

One Last Thing

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
