Python Developer

We develop the mission-critical services that drive our company's operations, covering everything from the gaming platform to data-driven analytics. We operate as a small, highly experienced unit where architectural discussion and R&D are central to our workflow.

The Mission: We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of stability, performance engineering, and new feature development. If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python;
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);
• Experience designing scalable backend systems;
• Good written English (for documentation and communication);
• Native Ukrainian (spoken and written);
  
  

Would be plus

• Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience working with high-load or distributed systems
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-load backend services;
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions;
• Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools;
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices;
• Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions;
• Write clear technical documentation
