Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Treasury Systems to join our growing engineering team. If you are passionate about building secure, high-performance treasury platforms and want to take ownership of complex technical deliverables, we'd love to meet you.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience, with strong proficiency in:
• C# (.NET / .NET Core)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven experience in Treasury Systems, including one or more of the following modules:
• Money Market (MM)
• Sukuk
• Swap / Forward
• Securities / Repo
• Liquidity Management
• Fund Management
• Derivatives and Risk Management
• Strong background in secure and scalable software architecture design.
• Proficiency in developing Web Services (REST / SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, and MVC.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of the banking sector and banking products, with hands-on experience in application development.
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as Sukuk, bonds, and investment funds.
• Experience with core banking integrations and treasury back-office data flows.
• Preferably experienced in or willing to work with BOA architecture.
• Familiarity with Microservices architectures is a plus.
• Interest or hands-on experience in AI or Machine Learning applied to treasury applications is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in performance- and security-focused database design (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Adept at creating testable and secure software in line with quality coding principles.
• Passionate about continuous learning and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop treasury-specific modules covering financial instruments such as Sukuk, Money Market instruments, investment funds, and derivatives.
• Execute development activities for project requirements while considering current operational workflows.
• Perform detailed technical analysis for assigned projects and propose robust, scalable solutions.
• Work on integrating treasury applications with core banking and market data systems (e.g., SWIFT, Reuters, Bloomberg).
• Contribute to the development of risk control, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting features.
• Address maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure the 24/7 availability of core banking applications.
• Apply best practices in performance optimization and secure coding standards.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to optimize code performance, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure robust unit testing.
• Actively participate in the evolution of our AI-driven development culture, exploring new ways to integrate AI tools into banking and treasury logic.
• Conduct R&D activities to foster innovation and enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to align technical solutions with treasury operations and business goals.
