OBSS is looking for a Frontend React Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable React-based architectures
- Establish and enforce best practices for component libraries, coding standards, and frontend architecture
- Mentor and guide frontend engineers on React patterns, state management, and testing strategies
- Drive technical decisions regarding frontend frameworks, build tools, and application performance optimizations
- Ensure high-quality, reusable, and efficient frontend code across multiple projects
- Promote knowledge sharing, code reviews, and continuous learning within the frontend team
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- 9+ years of professional frontend development experience, including 5+ years focused on React
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Expertise in ES6+, TypeScript, React Hooks, Context API, and modern build tools
- Proven track record with large-scale applications and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI and backend teams for API integration and feature delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation
