As a part of GlobalLogic Embeded C/C++ Academy program you will get knowledge of foundamentals, standards and technologies which enable cutting-edge telecommunication products. You will get crucial knowledge needed to become a successful software engineer capable of accepting challenges of end-to-end development of the modern RAN system. You’ll enrich your professional experience via learning, solving challenging tasks and collaborating in the team of peers led by experienced engineers and technical leaders. You will also work on Academy/POC project and get knowledge of practicalities of commercial SDLC, such as Agile ways of working, systems, tools and team processes. Requirements

We are looking for motivated students or early-career engineers to join our telecommunications team as an Embedded C/C++ Engineer Intern/Junior. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with embedded systems, learn from experienced engineers, and build a strong foundation in telecom technologies.

What You’ll Get To Start

Introduction to embedded C/C++ development, Linux environments, and Python scripting

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field

Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming

Familiarity with Linux (academic or personal projects is sufficient)

Basic understanding of Python

Willingness to learn and develop skills in embedded systems

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Interest in DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or telecommunications systems

Exposure to FPGA concepts (academic level is sufficient)

Basic familiarity with MATLAB

Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals (e.g., memory, interrupts, peripherals)

Additional Advantage

Awareness of L1 (Layer 1 / Physical Layer) concepts — optional but highly recommended

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of embedded software in C/C++

Work in Linux-based environments with guidance from senior team members

Assist in writing simple scripts/tools in Python for testing and automation

Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on system integration tasks

Help with debugging, testing, and validation of embedded systems

Learn to work with vendor SDKs and platform-specific solutions

Participate in code reviews and team discussions as part of the learning process
