Position Overview

Manage the end-to-end architectural design and development of high-traffic portal and integration applications; drive the modernization of existing systems and contribute to establishing software development lifecycle standards.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for portal and integration applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and define system integration patterns
• Lead code review processes to improve code quality and establish development standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Create and maintain system architecture, API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), and technical documentation
• Plan and execute the migration of legacy systems to modern technologies (Go, Kubernetes)
• Contribute to improving CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Terraform, etc.)
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum environments

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with full-stack development (both frontend and backend)
• Strong knowledge of Go, including performance optimization and concurrency
• Experience with microservices architecture and the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Familiarity with deployment strategies and service mesh concepts is a plus
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, KVM, ESXi) and containerization (Docker, LXC, etc.) is a plus
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and relational/NoSQL databases
