Product Solutions Specialist

Playable Factory is an ad-tech company building interactive and playable ad solutions for global brands and app publishers. We work with growth and marketing teams to create engaging, performance-driven creative experiences across mobile platforms.

We’re looking for a Product Solutions Specialist to support our go-to-market process by working closely with our Sales, and Product teams. In this role, you will focus on how our playable ad platform is used to create different creative variations and solution scenarios, ensuring internal teams are aligned on what can be delivered and how.

What you’ll do

• Support Sales and Product teams with solution and product input
• Understand how different playable ad variations are built via the platform
• Help define and document solution scenarios and use cases
• Work closely with Product Managers to reflect platform capabilities accurately

What we’re looking for

• Strong AdTech industry know-how
• Genuine interest and passion for games
• High level of curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to understand digital products and think in systems
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with playable ads or creative platforms
• Background in Product, Operations, or Technical Support roles
• Familiarity with mobile gaming ecosystems

This role is located at our Istanbul office near the Zorlu Center and Zincirlikuyu Metrobus (10 minutes by walk)
