UI Artist (Contract / Remote)

We're a small, focused team building card and board games for mobile. We're looking for an experienced UI Artist to create and implement high-quality art assets across UI, in-game visuals, and marketing.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a professional Game Artist
• Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Strong Photoshop proficiency (Illustrator is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (prompting, inpainting, upscaling)
• Solid sketching skills for fast ideation
• Good understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile games
• Familiarity with mobile art production constraints (resolution, file size, performance)
• Self-managed, reliable with deadlines, comfortable working remotely
• Portfolio required

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on UI screens and components
• Create in-game 2D assets (icons, cards, boards, backgrounds, props)
• Develop quick sketches and concepts for exploration and approval
• Collaborate closely with the dev team to maintain a cohesive visual language
• Deliver mobile-optimized assets
