About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project / Program Manager to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity transformation programs across global and multi-entity environments. This is a contract role suited to a professional who can operate across both technical and governance domains while engaging senior stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with clients to plan, execute, and operationalise large-scale cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with international security standards and successful delivery against agreed milestones.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end cybersecurity transformation programs across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Define program scope, roadmap, budgets, KPIs, and delivery milestones
  • Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures
  • Oversee implementation of cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, SOC, IAM, DLP, and cloud security
  • Manage vendors, third-party providers, and security tool deployments
  • Drive risk remediation, threat modelling, and incident readiness initiatives
  • Maintain risk registers, audit documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Ensure alignment with frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Provide strategic advisory on cybersecurity, governance, and data protection


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, program management, or risk and compliance roles
  • Proven experience leading cybersecurity transformation and program delivery in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security domains including network, cloud, IAM, data, and endpoint security
  • Solid knowledge of frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies, security governance, and third-party risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate technical risks into business language


Desirable Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 | CISSP | CISM | CISA | CCSP
