About The Role

We're building a small, high velocity team focused on testing bold new opportunities outside the scope of our core product roadmaps. The goal of this team is simple: identify promising ideas, validate real demand quickly (and cheaply) through evidence-based execution, and only then decide whether something deserves meaningful investment. That means clear hypotheses, tight timeboxes, lean experiments, and explicit kill, pivot, or scale decisions from day one. We're looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build and lead this team.

This role is not for a generic product manager. We are looking for someone who operates like an entrepreneur: highly resourceful, extremely hands on, comfortable with ambiguity, and obsessed with speed, learning, and evidence. You should know how to take an idea from a fuzzy concept to a validated opportunity using modern AI tools, no code workflows, fast experimentation, and lightweight GTM testing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hypothesis driven Development: Turn ambiguous ideas into clear customer problems, sharp value propositions, and testable hypotheses. You will set clear hypotheses, and strict Kill/Pivot/Scale KPIs from Day 1.
• Frugal Validation: Before writing a single line of production code, you will design and run lean validation cycles using interviews, landing pages, prototypes, waitlists, concierge MVPs, manual operations, paid tests, and lightweight distribution experiments.
• Rapid Prototyping: we are big fans of the 2-2-2 approach, i.e., 2 weeks for research and high fidelity no code prototypes, 2 weeks of targeted testing to gauge intent, and 2 months of manual "concierge" service for initial customers.
• Seamless Graduation: You will build "bets" so they can eventually be integrated into the core business or transitioned to dedicated teams once they hit specific revenue or retention milestones. At any given time, you're expected to run multiple bets with discipline, focus, and a strong understanding of trade-offs.
  
  

What Success Looks Like

• Evidence based Governance: Successfully validating or disproving hypotheses within agreed upon timeboxes, without overbuilding or overextended discovery cycles.
• Speed: Moving from idea to a manual version of a service for the first 10 customers within less than a month.
• Product Graduation: Successfully demonstrating sustainable demand signals like usage, willingness to pay, retention, etc. required to graduate a bet into the core business roadmap. Equally, you make strong calls on when to kill or pivot.
• Operate like a modern day entrepreneur: You use AI tools and modern product building workflows and frugal GTM techniques to dramatically increase speed and learning velocity.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Venture Mindset: Strong experience building products from 0 to 1, ideally as a founder or an early technical employee in a high growth startup.
• Frugal & Scrappy: You are highly frugal and resourceful, making meaningful progress with limited budget, limited engineering, with manual workarounds and imperfect information.
• Expert AI Prototyper / No Code Proficiency: You use AI tools and modern product building workflows and frugal GTM techniques to dramatically increase speed and learning velocity. Ability to personally create high fidelity landing pages and functional prototypes in days.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial instinct and customer empathy; able to connect user problems, demand signals, and business potential. Excellent communication and judgment; able to explain trade-offs, evidence, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Analytical Skills: Ability to define and measure strict KPIs and collaborate with growth leads on A/B testing and targeted campaigns.

• Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, investing, real estate, or other regulated environments.
• Strong growth experimentation background, including paid acquisition tests, funnel design, conversion optimization, and lightweight GTM execution.
