AI Automation Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and manage automated workflows that connect AI tools, APIs, and business systems. You will play a key role in eliminating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and integrating AI capabilities into day-to-day business operations.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who loves building smart systems and is always exploring new automation tools and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
• Integrate AI tools and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) into existing business workflows via APIs
• Connect third-party platforms including CRMs, project management tools, databases, and communication tools
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and propose automation solutions
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
• Document all workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather automation requirements
• Stay current with new AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation trends
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation
• Proficiency in at least one major automation platform: Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into workflows
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks
• Familiarity with databases (Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets as data layers)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs
• Prior experience in a remote, async work environment
