All about the role:

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will contribute to the development of key frontend features, support the evolution of our platform, and help improve the user experience of our digital products. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern web technologies.

A Typical Day

• Contribute to frontend development: Implement features and enhancements across our web platforms, ensuring maintainable and high-quality code.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build intuitive and reliable user experiences.
• Support technical improvements: Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and help improve performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate and grow with peers: Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive engineering culture.
  
  

Who You Are?

• 3+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration.
• Experience with developing reusable component libraries or design systems is a strong plus.
• A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
