We're looking for CloudOps Trainees!

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day platform operations and maintenance, including system health monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization
  • Assist in managing incident response processes, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and documenting incidents
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to enable smooth deployment of features, updates, and fixes
  • Help ensure platform adherence to security standards and compliance requirements, working closely with security teams
  • Participate in system monitoring and proactive issue identification to minimize downtime
  • Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and incident reports
  • Prepare and share regular performance and operational reports with stakeholders
