Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant: Human Resources Operations, you will serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients refine their current business strategy or develop a new one aligned with competitive and market forces. You will analyze performance gaps and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to align factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze Client Performance Gaps: Observe and learn about clients' current business strategies and performance gaps to identify areas for improvement. Explore ways to refine or develop new strategies aligned with competitive and market forces.
  • Develop Transformation Recommendations: Assist with developing comprehensive transformation recommendations to align factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming. Participate in analyzing clients' HR programs and recommending solutions.
  • Implement HR Policies: Engage in revising and implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with established policies, laws, and regulations. Contribute to communicating complex ideas effectively to clients.
  • Support Client Solutions: Participate in analyzing clients' needs and supporting the development of solutions to improve their HR operations. Learn about the importance of effective communication in delivering client solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Estudiante avanzado de las carreras Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del trabajo, Relaciones laborales o similares (2 o 3 año cursando)
  • Manejo intermedio avanzado de excel deseable
  • Manejo idioma ingles intermedio deseable

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Business Strategy Analysis: Exposure to analyzing business strategies and identifying areas for improvement, with a basic understanding of competitive and market forces that shape business decisions.
  • HR Program Development: Interest in analyzing HR programs and recommending solutions, with exposure to developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Communication: Basic understanding of ensuring compliance with established policies, laws, and regulations in HR operations, and exposure to communicating complex ideas effectively to clients or stakeholders.
