1. Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

• UX Research & Discovery: Expert at conducting user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to drive data-informed design.
• Information Architecture: Ability to logically structure complex information to ensure intuitive user navigation.
• Prototyping: Rapid creation of low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and workflows.
• Interaction Design: Proficiency in designing seamless user flows and interaction patterns for complex software environments.
• Visual/UI Design: Advanced skills in creating high-fidelity layouts and scalable components using Figma.
• Design System Management: Hands-on experience managing Figma libraries, documentation in ZeroHeight, and integration with Storybook.
• Agile & Product Mindset: Ability to design iteratively, delivering value within Sprints while aligned with business priorities.

1. Collaboration & Soft Skills

• Design Rationale: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and logic to stakeholders.
• Technical Collaboration: Strong partnership with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and technical feasibility.
• Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Proven experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers.

1. Preferred Qualifications

• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Aviation or Air Traffic Management (ATM) is highly valued.
