Experienced Consultant – Cyber & Digital Risk

We are now looking for an Experienced Consultant to join our Cyber & Digital Risk team in Helsinki. This is a senior consulting role combining high-quality client delivery within cyber regulation, information security governance and/or data protection with active contribution to business development.

You will work at the intersection of evolving cyber regulations, emerging technologies and practical business needs – supporting clients in translating regulatory requirements into structured, business-oriented and sustainable solutions.

About The Role

As an Experienced Consultant at Advisense, you will:

• Deliver high-quality advisory services within cyber regulation, information security governance and/or data protection
• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring clear scope, prioritisation, quality and effective stakeholder communication
• Manage multiple client assignments in parallel while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery
• Contribute actively to business development through client relationships, professional networks and participation in sales activities
• Identify new opportunities and support the expansion of existing client engagements
• Guide and support junior colleagues in project delivery
• Collaborate closely with colleagues locally and across Advisense to develop our services and ways of working
  
  

This role requires a senior and independent mindset. You are expected to take ownership of both client delivery and contributing to the continued growth of our Cyber & Digital Risk practice.

Your Background And Experience

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within cyber security, information security governance, data protection or cyber regulation–related roles, from a technical, legal or governance-oriented background
• A strong understanding of cyber regulations and related regulatory requirements, and the ability to apply them in a practical and business-oriented way
• Experience from consulting, advisory or other client-facing roles, including leading engagements and managing stakeholders
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive assignments forward while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Willingness and ability to contribute to business development, including leveraging professional networks and engaging in sales processes
  
  

Fluency in Finnish and excellent English skills are required. Swedish is considered an advantage.

A relevant master’s degree is required. Certifications within cyber or information security are considered an advantage. Audit experience is a plus.
