Staff Software Engineer

Staff Engineer - Remote within EU only, no remote outside unfortunately.

Salary Level - $190,000-$250,000 (DOE)

Here is the context.....

If you are a seasoned engineer who has worked in a scrappy scale up before then this is a perfect role.

It isn't a regular 9-5, sometimes you will need to pitch in and get sh!t finished and deployed. It's not like this all the time, but there is an expectation that you can be flexible from time to time.

There is a sizeable team of quality engineers already in situ.

They need someone who can own their code end to end on the backend.

AWS Serverless

On a day to day you'll be working on the API side, in the weeds of AWS, you'll be sitting in on architectural discussions. You'll mentor more junior engineers, lead by example and also slinging code, building, breaking, deploying and all the juicy stuff that goes with a high pace engineering team.
